I think it may actually have been in a deleted scene, but Seth Rogen pitches an idea to Sandler's character about a movie where he donated sperm as a young man and finds out that he fathered a bunch of children who are now looking for him. I'm sure it's just a coincidence but I think it's funny that a character in another movie pitched the idea of a "fake" movie, and it's now the plot of a real movie.

Not that fake...
I can think of 2 stories of people that fathered hundreds of kids
1. British man who ran a sperm clinic with wife is said to had fathered 600 if not more kids
2. Don't remember his name but has a girlfriend and were debating if he would be a part of of kids lives. (His story was just aired not to long ago on tv)
