map pack 3 'rampage' ?

saw a quick reference on xbox live's dashboard tile titled 'rampage is coming' with a black ops 2 picture. it was quickly removed, as was any other mention of it. I wonder if this is the new map pack. has anyone heard of anything credible in regards to the 3rd pack?
