Is this what the community has come to?!

Has come to? My dear fellow, it has been like this for quite some time...

I loved COD4 because, although there was nonsense, there always seemed to be a battle to win the game - whatever the game mode was...but for me I was addicted to the thrill of closely contested games of Domination, where territory was key and team-work paid off....

I think it was the addition of very powerful killstreaks and also the addition of a theatre mode which changed it dramatically...but MW2 really didn't have this same sense of the fight...just nonsense and frustration...

I loved making little videos but for many players it meant that montages and trick kills were what they were playing the game for....add this to the obsession over k/d and you lose the battle of game, the intensity of the matches.

If you experienced this in 2013 and are shocked by what the community has come to then you should count yourself lucky.....most of us were shaking our heads as long ago as MW2...
