Who was the better villain?
Even though they develop Menedez much better, it seems Makarov is able to trigger a global war and cause much more devestation. Idk, ur thoughts?
Makarov because he has an actual political ideal, to restore the Soviet Union and the way he planned it was more realistic than Menedez.
shareI actually thought that Menendez was a better villain. Makarov was pushing for power and seemed a bit 2-dimensional as a character. As mentioned, Menendez was better developed. His methods were just as nasty as Makarov's and his main motive was revenge. However it seemed that the motives of Cordis Die weren't all wrong
