Isn't there a Birth Certificate for Rebeccas baby?

That would list who the father is?

Rebecca put the results of a DNA test on Facebook that confirmed Abe is the father. Apparently she isn't trying to hide that fact anymore.

is this for the baby born in January or the 3 year old?

I believe it's for Kayla, the 3 year old. My friend added them on Facebook and we saw it on there. I'd have to ask her to look again to be sure, but I'm almost positive it was for their first child.
