Old School Electro Hip Hop Song?

Can anyone tell me what song is playing during the scene where the guy is instructed to walk to the payphone and when prompted with "ornithopter" is to reply "jumpsuit". He is then instructed to dance. Then a guy in a red track suit appears with a boom box playing the song. Very much would like to know what this song is and who the artist is.
