Haunter, The Conjuring, Insidious, Sinister are very good, while Haunting In Connecticut and Dream House are at least competent. Haunt is just pointless and repetitive. The boy and girl switch back and forth between wanting to mess with the spirit world. A dumb, who cares reveal. It's definitely not worth a watch.

Haunting in Connecticut.. Competent? Lol that's a good one. Plus you're comparing big budget movies that made it into theaters versus a straight to DVD movie. Get real. Not the best movie ever for sure but I enjoyed it.
