She always looks uncomfortable when kissing him

I didn't want to believe the whole thing that their marriage is a sham/ for publicity, but I've noticed multiple times that when he goes to kiss her on the lips, she tends to turn her head so that he ends up kissing her cheek. And when she does kiss him on the lips, she looks like she's in pain. Clearly something is off there.

Maybe she doesn't like PDA.

I agree, this could be the issue.

I LOVE showering my boyfriend with kisses & affection, in private.

I'm not a huge fan of PDA so if we're in public I sometimes shy away from it, and that's not even being on tv with millions of people watching!
