I too thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It was a good old time moralistic movie done with an understanding of what kids in dysfunctional families have to do to maintain a stable life for themselves. The setting of a real native country that was out of control just added to the tense, free flowing drama.

Deliciously dark. The director seems to be an autuer and I hope he makes more movies with this kind of artistic vision.
