Alucard or Richter Belmont from Castlevania Symphony of the night
Any of the characters from Legend of Dragoon (Which was sony's own answer to final fantasy.)
Xemnas,(Kingdom hearts) but only to see who would in a fight between him and sephiroth

When I first saw this game I immediately thought of Sora and Lara Croft.

I agree with everyone in OP's post but then it makes me feel that they should just make one of these for SquareSoft/Square-Enix games only and include the Disney characters in the KH series..
