What happens at the end? (Spoilers)

After Aslan punctures his throat, we see the twins getting arrested and Aslan in the hospital visiting Madi. Was he released from prison or was he killed in jail?

We then see him at the Happylon park where he watches Bolat and Mirsayan playing a game, then falls down and appears to be dying, then they all seem to have gone to paradise. Can anyone shed light on this sequence of events?

I just saw it today. My interpretation of it is that Aslan was released from jail. He got away with it. He goes to Happylon and his guilt makes him hallucinate seeing Bolat and Mirsayan in the place. The ending is symbolical of his guilt making him contemplate suicide.

Thanks, but how did he get away with it if he also kills Mirsayan in prison?

Also, the film is said to have three dream sequences but I'm not sure what they are. I suspect that one of them is Aslan seeing his teacher outside his jail cell taking him to an electric chair, and the other one you suggested is at Happylon.

Can you think of any others?
