Wow...just wow (and not in a good way)

The only reason I sat through this mess until the end was due to the fact that it was mentioned in multiple posts over at the message boards for 'Contracted'. As a horror fan, I love the genre more than others and would gladly see a film that was recommended by others.

There are similarities between this film and Contracted, but I prefer the latter more as there is an idea of how the girl gotten her illness that caused her to deteriorate physically. With Thanatomorphose, the chick just starts developing brushing of her skin out of nowhere and she starts deteriorating from that point on, with no explanation of what she had or how she may have contracted the illness.

I would recommend 'Contracted' to anyone rather than 'Thanatomorphose'. As a previous poster mentioned, this film is like an old school Nine Inch Nails video, but at least Reznor had a better plot in his videos.

Skip Thanatmorphose and watch Contracted and the old school NIN videos instead.
