Any other TV Shows as good as this one?

Orphan Black, In The Flesh, Continuum, just to name a few I've been watching recently and find really good.

I liked "Real Humans" too. If you saw "Real Humans" by downloading it from the internet like a naughty person (i.e., like me), you could probably also find a New Zealand show called "This Is Not My Life" from a few years back. It's got a Patrick McGoohan "Prisoner" sort of vibe. I would also recommend "The Shadow Line" and "The Honourable Woman," both by Hugo Blick. They are pretty impressively stylish and smart dramas.

If you like Utopia, give Rubicon a try. It's an American espionage/conspiracy series.

Currently ongoing good TV shows include: Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Outlander, Rectify, Vikings, Mad Men, Orange Is The New Black, Orphan Black, House of Cards, In The Flesh, Penny Dreadful, Ray Donovan, The Americans, True Detective, The Bridge, Hannibal, Silicon Valley, The Leftovers...

I've been told that if you like Utopia you will definitely like Black Mirror. Haven't seen it yet but all my friends say it's the best tv show they've seen, so it's next on my list.

Mr. Robot is probably the only show I have seen recently I would say is as good or better than Utopia. Black Mirror is next on my list to watch.
