Who was responsible for the visual style?

Who in the production crew were responsible for the amazing visual style - camerawork, vivid colours, panning shots, scenes/sets, whatever you call it - of Utopia? And where could I find more like that?

It reminds me so much of Stanley Kubrick.

if more tv shows would spend more money on cameras like this they would all be watchable for vibrancy alone. so many shows are washed out and dead and no matter the story just plain hard to watch because of weak cameras.

It actually lies in choosing the right locations and designing the set! The typical style of Utopia was probably given in post when they color-corrected the cut. The wide shots and centered, distanced views are as typical and important to its style as color is though.
