Muslim James Bond spreading religion of peace. It will be female and covered head to toe with a burka to hide her identity and fool those evil people out to cause world chaos. Only she can stop them and try hard not to trip over her own garbage bag/towel/whatever you want to call it.

Yeah, the guy who only played the role once and yet is richer than Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig. Very mentally challenged indeed.

He would have to pass certain aptitude assessments. Someone with severe learning disability obviously wouldn't be able to do that.
