This movie tries to act smarter than it think it is..

the bad acting was a distraction but that's not a surprise considering they're all stuntsman and foreigners for the most part. the fighting wasn't half bad but the plot to make the movie "smarter" than it is didn't quite measure up. 😩

Ok, but I'm looking for a movie with nearly non-stop boots 2 faces. Will I get that from viewing this?

Definitely. The plot is pretty good for a martial arts movie, but has a lot of flaws in it, but its worth watching for the fights alone.
