Hoorah for no self-control!!!

I used to be fat so I really can have an opinion on this. Don't get me wrong, I think these corporations have their share of accountability on the obesity rate in this country, but at the end of the day where does personal accountability come into play. The people say the food industry shouldn't be allowed to market to kids... Ok then turn the f#@king TV off and take your fat kid for a bike ride. I was very chubby when I was a kid up to my teens. But did I whine to the government and demanded them to put more regulations on McDonald's? No. I cleaned up my diet and I got in shape. I liked this documentary but the whole "it's not the person's fault they're fat" is horsesh!t.
