My finance noticed something that bugged me in the film, when Hunt goes into the giant water chamber, almost drowns, and Faust saves him, she uses a defibrillator to bring him back to life, but where did it come from? She didn't have it on her and Benji didn't arrive yet.
I just rewatched the film, and I couldn't figure out a reasonable way she could have had it coming out of the water chamber. Did I miss something? any thoughts?

That bothered me too. Was it supposed to be there already? If so, why? She certainly didn't bring it with her.

My thought is that they knew where they were going to end up after exiting the water room. Even Benji ran straight there. Being prepared for contingencies, they already had a few medical devices waiting for them at the exit location.

Yeah I noticed this as well.
It's the kind of thing that could be explained with a line of dialogue, but they got lazy and just didn't bother explaining it.
