It sounded like it was actually him too. If all the skits were like that.. This would last past a season, but even watching all these super stoned, it still isn't as good as robot chicken seasons 1-4, and that wasn't perfect at all.

I assume it's called triptank for a reason... I don't know about you, but when I take lsd, mushrooms, or some other form of psychedelic drug, I'm outside, not devoting that time to be in the right mindset to enjoy some silly animation, and it is silly, there has been some bright spots here and there, so I won't trash it completely. The ape apocalypse thing was interesting enough.

Some people are just going to grow up and grow past this type of stuff. Maybe I'm saying that b/c I'm on the last leg of my 20's, or maybe the target of this show really doesn't care, and they are hopefully just watching TDS, TCR and going to bed.
