I like Cowboy Bebop, Champloo and GiTS very much.
I DETEST attack on titan.
I don't want to watch anything with a huge amount of character exposition (I believe that's the term) - attack on titan is full of that, story goes nowhere (or very slow) and it feels like emo rubbish.
The description of this show sounds good but wouldn't mind someone else weighing in.
Just finished watching S1 on Netflix.
It's really good. Every anime fan definitely needs to watch it.

Just watched it until Episode 3 and the newbie rookie annoyed me, so now I'm gonna delete my 1st and 2nd season copy of Psycho Pass because of her and I don't really like the concept of this kind of anime, it bores me just like Deadman Wonderland.

If you really the shows that you listed, you ought to like Pyscho Pass as well. I also don't like Attack on Titan, didn't make it through the first few episodes.
One of the main characters is similar to Spike Speigel in appearance and some aspects of his character, but with a Sherlock Holmes level of intellect. There is also a lot of deep examination of philosophical, ethical, and moral issues, which would remind you of GitS. It also has the hi tech detective work going on.
