I'm very excited about this television movie - I've been a long time Aidan Quinn fan, have always been a total animal lover so the storyline also has me quite hyped, plus I'm a Canadian and this is a Canuck story : )

i also see that it has dakota house in it...haven't seen him act since north of 60 went off the air....(their last movie)...

So what did everyone think of the movie - I really enjoyed it very sweet and moving. That daughter was a bit of a brat though wasn't she lol!!
I also remember when this happened in real life - 2008 in McBride B.C - It was on the news (CTV especially:) quite a bit at the time...
