shareI think the narration was worded that way, because "a spot on the heart" is more poetic in a film that deals with matters of the metaphoric heart. The symptoms, however are more indicative of a brain anomaly. Seizures which cause her to fall asleep randomly, the threat of her entering a coma, falling asleep and not waking up--these are not heart issues. Besides, if it were a heart problem, why would he not be seeking a transplant?
