I can't move past a cop instigating a knife fight.

I love Joel McHale deeply (would love to have his babies), but I just cannot move past his character, a special forces (or whatever) cop who uses a knife instead of a taser or night stick.

As often as we hear about police brutality, how many STAB WOUNDS do they inflict? I mean, better that than a shot to the head (I guess), but come ON. This is allegedly based on a real person (obviously the possession parts are a crock), so is there some rogue NYPD cop running around, pulling a knife during volatile situations?

I won't bother going into the over-the-top, schmaltzy religious stuff (I'm not a psychiatrist - I'm a (former) priest who treats the mentally ill! Going to church means there's a happy ending!), but yeah. What a joke.

ETA: Good lord, I'd forgotten about the multiple male Beta fish in a regular tank ... um, no. Do the filmmakers live under a rock???

They're coming to get you, Barbara!

At long last, we've a fixation that gives Emma Stone's lust for Conan O'Brien in Crazy Stupid Love a run for it's money!! You've been infatuated since he first cropped up on The Soup or was it Community that made you weak at the knees, BD?
