It's a play on words, as the priest explains in the bar. The Doors is an oblique reference to a doorway for demons to come through. Doors lyrics, such as "break on through to the other side" are another tie in.

Yes, appreciate that, and I love the Doors too, but I'm still none the wiser why there were continually Doors songs on the soundtrack and characters sprouting Doors lyrics. It kind of indirectly appeared to be associating The Doors with the causes of the action we see onscreen. Pretentious IMO.🐭
