Very Meh.

Having just watched the pilot I can safely say this show is very meh. It wasn't funny, which an animated show on ifc should be.

I would like to check it out and plus I'm a huge Linda Cardellini fan.

I also watched the preview of the pilot that aired after "Portlandia." It reminded me of a cartoon on FOX that'll get cancelled after 6 episodes, like "Allen Gregory" or "Napoleon Dynamite."

I really hope Linda will find a show or movie that will be sucessful finacially and critically at the same time.

Very much agree.

I skipped out after ten minutes in episode one. I wasn't even smiling. On an upnote, I got to watch the first episode of Portlandia the same day — what a great show that is :)

Weird though, that we can't rate it yet. Not released yet? I beg to differ.

I'm with the rest of you guys. Total bore. I think I'll check out that Portlandia show though.

The show's humor has been compared to that of Freaks and Geeks. The problem may be that it's hard to swallow that sort of writing with weird animated characters.

I was wondering if anyone else finds that "Quincy" thing that's shown after the credits to be as startling as I do.

Boredom is underrated.

It is possible that no one laughed, but as someone that's been in a studio audience before, I can tell you that they don't always show the clip to the audience. Some parts of talk shows are cut and pieced together in editing. I also think Out There is marketed more towards teens.

I dunno, I think it's pretty good. I also like the super weird looking characters

I like it. It's more of a feel-good show than a comedy.
