Similar to 10 Things?

So I just saw 10 Things I Hate About You for the first time recently and Kat (Julia Stiles) reminds me of Sami...or is it that Sami reminds me of Kat? It was probably coincidental...and the plots don't exactly match...but it's just the way she acts and they look similar...especially since they wear their hair similarly...anyone else noticed this?

Oh, also, in A Knight's Tale, some of Heath's mannerisms- the way he did his mouth and stuff- reminded me of Darren...not quite so much in 10 Things...but still
