It would make sense for the show to go to FX. The Shield was a very successful long running show with Sean Ryan as an executive producer. You would think that with Ryan's relationship with FX and his involvement with Beverly Hills Cop, this would be a sure thing. I would prefer a movie but I would be ok with a tv show sequel, I had always wanted to see the character again. Hope it happens.

I've heard two bits of info about the pilot, that it was good, and that it was horrible. Who knows what the truth is, and why CBS decided not to go with it.
I think FX will be the perfect choice. Please Sony make it happen!
shareI heard Murphy was amazing but the rest was BAD. Ryan has a long running relationship with CBS as well. He produced The Unit I believe which ran for 4 seasons. But fx or HBO would have made much more sense.
