The Act of Killing vs The Killing Fields

so i was watching TAOK and i didn't know anything about this history and i was thinking how awful it was. and then i started thinking about how the victims were communists or at least intended to be. and then i startied thinking about the killing fields where the communists were doing the killing and i started to think it's just a wash at this point. plus, since i'm aware TKF took place after TAOK events, i also thought of all the killings the communists perpetrated prior to that elsewhere and it's hard to feel sorry for them. i couldn't even finish the film though, it just made me disgusted with the entire human race.
