Would she have rather faced twenty years?

Grace getting all attitude with her mother for taking the plea bargain where she only got two year? Really? Especially when that means a good chance she will be out in about six months!

Would she have rather gone to trial (knowing she was guilty), risking a much longer sentence AND putting the mother/family of Jennifer through more stress and grief? I hope Big Bertha became her new best friend in there.
