I think the set they use for her apartment is reused

I think that her apartment is reused in Santa Switch, a much less appealing movie. The hot pink stripes on the wall, all the vibrant pink around the room, it looks so much like his apartment in that other movie, Santa Switch. Has anyone else noticed or I am I off-base.
