I guess she did unless drogen knew to fly her to find another one of those red priestesses, although Arya got stabbed multiple times by the waif and still lived so maybe he just took her to a healer.

According to an article I read, the actress who played Daya (Dascha Polanco) asked the writers what happened, and was told that Daya was not killed by Aleida. Apparently, her story line did not wrap up the way she really wanted it to. She really wanted Matt McGorry to come back so Daya could have some kind of closure with Bennett.

IMO, she's dead. Remember what Aleida said after her daughter hit the ground:
Daya: "You know what it's like to kill somebody? No, didn't think so. Get in line. Leave the family stuff to me, because Eva's gonna do what I tell her to do, and we may even bring Lucy in. Can't trust anybody but family, right?"
(Aleida cracks Daya's windpipe and starts strangling her in front of the other inmates)
Aleida: (seething in Spanish) "Maybe I'll know what it's like now!"
I don't know how long you can survive with a crushed throat.
