65% Preaching, 35% Comedy - should be reversed.

I'm a pretty huge fan of Katt Williams but he got a little beside himself during this performance. The energy was there but I really didn't see that much new material. He was just way to preachy which I don't mind in all honesty but when it starts to take importance over the actual performance then theres a problem. And this is what took place. Compared to his past performances this is easily the worst.

I'm hoping this isn't his last because this would be a crappy way to end it.

I agree, it was funny at the beginning, then he just went on preaching and left the humor far behind. It felt like forever. Then he said a few funny things at the end. Reminded me of those travelling message groups that'll maybe sing one cool song and then talk to you "straight" about drugs for an hour, and then go out on another song and act like you've just watched a concert.

Katt Williams isn't the kind of comedian who can perform "preachy" comedy, if you will. He doesn't have that certain charisma like George Carlin or Bill Hicks did. He should stick to jokes that don't have a serious social message behind them. That simply isn't his forte, in my opinion.
