also in the chapter 2 preview after defeating Metal Gear Solantropus ....where is that Paz scene

Not every scene in a movie/videogame trailer makes it to the final product, its common. Some of the scenes that you mentioned are indeed in the game, but they're not cut scenes.

the black kids at the camp was your first mission in Africa, you can also spot the two guards training them.

The one with Big boss walking in the burned village was also the first mission in Africa. After you're done with the village that held the child soldiers, you have to walk through a small burned village. You can see the bodies and even the vulture from the trailer.

I have no idea what happened to the one with tank or venom screaming. Maybe they were supposed to be in mission 51 which konami cut?

where is that Paz scene

I missed this one too, you have to go where Quites cell is

Not sure if you guys mean this but Paz is found on the medical base, you have to go up and look for a door, it will slide right open, you can give her the photograph you have/will obtain.
