Can somebody help!?!

Ok so please tell me that I'm not the only one here that was the trailer and even some gameplay footage of you as snake shooting people in the hospital. The roles were like switched. Instead of you trying to get away from the people trying to kill you your killing the patients. I know I wasn't imaging that. Can someone here please tell me what mission that was in? It's like really starting to bother me not knowing what it is
