Skull Face (spoiler)

though he had some good lines and was voice acted great i found him to be the most underwhelming Villain in the MGS universe, his motives were clear but ludicrous and when the time came to pull the trigger there was little satisfaction. in the end the game was a tragic romance between Venom and Quiet (being the most compelling story arc IMO)
