Plot moving too fast?

Wow, Asha already learns he's a father, and at the end of the second episode? They could have dragged that out a bit more. Feels like the show is moving too fast.

The statement below is false.

I agree completely. Interesting storylines like that should be dragged for at least a few more episodes. I don't care about the Mysterious Mia storyline that much, i wish that they would have dragged that out instead.....

i think they're trying to put everything on the floor to gained an audience. kinda like shonda rhimes did with "Scandal" (i'm not at all trying to compare the two, HtF can't stand in Scandal's light)...

it's on vh1, so they'll need the viewership to keep it going, especially this first season... i do agree though, ahsha (hate that spelling too, omg) shouldn't have found out so fast.... this mia thing better be good because so far i care not for it... i cared more about the sloane/ahsha/davenport mystery...

It's mercy, compassion and forgiveness I lack. Not rationality...

Yeah, I couldn't believe they put it out there already! And I agree with the other's, I care WAY less about the Mia crap. I wanted a few more episodes of Superman (haha) sweating because his players were oogling his daughter, LOL!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels way. The Mia angle is annoying too. I which they would speak a little about who she was.

reply

I agree... I see what you mean..

YES. Like what the hell, that would have been SUCH a good storyline to drag out. And now the white chick is supposed to visit Mia in the third episode. If she does get to talk to her (which I'm hoping she doesn't) then what interest is the rest of the season going to have?

reply

These days with TV shows, you have to get right to the point with your first season. Story arcs are for when the show is established.

reply

Really didn't need to drag that part out. More interesting this way and it's not like anything was resolved.
