I look at Jelena and I see nothing but a loser

Jelena has involved herself so much in Ahsha's life, from her mother to her biological father, to her boyfriend to her semi-friendship with Derek. We understand she's trying to sabotage Ahsha, but now it just looks like she's straight-up stalking her, like she's obsessed with her.

Doesn't she have more pressing responsibilities as the team leader or whatever?

Agreed! Every episode she is trying to come up with a new way to "sabotage" Ahsha, and frankly it's getting old. She needs to get a life.
