So she poisoned her boyfriend because of some sick deal with Oscar to get rid of Olivia only to get Sloane, the mother of Ahsha to be the new Devils girl director. I don't think she planned this whole thing out well. Wouldn't Ahsha have more of an advantage with her dad being the coach and her mom being the director?
shareI was thinking the same thing but that wouldn't make any sense. I think Jelena just wanted to one up Olivia. I doubt she wanted Sloane as the director. Sloane stated that she asked Oscar for the job. So maybe when Oscar and Jelena made the deal to drug Terrance, Oscar only offered to fire Olivia and Jelena will get the opportunity to be the one to do it. Then again Jelena got 10% of the Devils so she got paid as well.

Okay, Terrance wanted to be traded to Indiana but he tested for a banned drug so that was out. Olivia went to Pete and got Terrence off the bench thus Terrence was so happy that he paid a janitor to open Jelena's locker. He was going to place an engagement ring in it for her but he found a bottle of the banned drug instead. Boom, end of that relationship.

She drugged Terrence because she needed majority to vote out Olivia, and the only way to get that was to get Oscar's shares, by agreeing to Oscar's plot and keeping Terrence a Devil. (At the time it wasn't that big of a deal to Jelena because Jelena thought she would still come out on top, because she could remain a devil girl, keep her position of power and make sure the piece of the sky she had built, on the bones of those she had to crush while clawing her way out of the darkness her circumstances put her in, stayed intact.
Oscar had to get rid of Olivia, because she was asking to many questions but he couldn't promote Jelena to director of the Devil Girls, because you can't be Captain and Director at the same time, and leaving the spot open would look even more suspicious.
In the meantime Sloane had already come to Oscar about a position in the Devils Organization, and after finding out who Asha's parents were, Sloane was perfect for the job, and now oscar can work the nostalgia and Family angle, which would keep many people from digging to far into Olivia's sudden absence and making the "step down reason," seem plausible, especially when you add the fact that Oscar had Olivia make the announcement about the devil girl who "committed suicide" because he knew she would be distraught and overwhelmed on camera, tying up all loose ends and making the switch from Olivia to Sloane as seamlessly as possible.
Great summary nunyabiz...and then there's the fact that Terrence wouldn't have ever suspected Jelena of the drugging because in fact he is the only real man on the show. He would need proof before he believed she would betray him and with the proof, he did what any man would do, left her behind.
