Tonight's Special
I feel like they are going to cancel this show. This special to me seemed like it was supposed to give closure to everything. What do y'all think?
shareOh absolutely, this definitely was a closeure episode. Slone's not going to jail for shooting Jelena. Jelena let's Ahsha and Derek have their happy ending by letting them go, Jude and Zero got their happy ending, Jelena takes in Raquel's kid. I knew when Jelena turned down the volume on b***h mode, I was like okay, this is definitely the end times. But I'm glad they did an episode like this to wrap everything up, most networks don't even do that much for their fans.

It felt like closure, but with Jelena left in charge, the reigning queen, I felt like there was room to re-launch everything, if they wanted to. Zero crossed her, the kid raising isn't going as well as we might have thought, Terrence is back with a vengeance we've never seen in him before (maybe explaining why he got on so well with Jelena despite seeming like such a nice guy, because she was expressing something that was hidden deep down inside of him), Asha and Derek are back because things didn't work out for them in Miami (maybe Asha wasn't that successful there or had some crisis and Derek uses his pull to transfer them back to safety), Sloane is trying to figure out a way to work against Jelena because of this or that and she has to do it without Jelena knowing it because of the shooting incident... It could serve as either a closure or a set up.
If it was a closure, I'm glad we got one and a beautiful closure at that. But I still would enjoy more.

shareThis definitely played out like a series finale. I would be shocked to find that the show was continuing at this point unless they did a revamp of a large majority of the cast and brought it back. Having Zero be team captain and Kyle be Devil girl's captain doesn't necessarily entice me into wanting to see more as these two have been my least favorite characters. But I did enjoy the show's run.
