Although I didn't find it tedious, I was similarly confused by Netflix description of the plot. "When two strangers yearning to escape their discontented lives eventually cross paths in a Paris airport hotel, neither of them is prepared for the series of surprises that follow their chance meeting." Eventually cross paths? Yes, in the last 3 minutes of the film. Sometimes I wonder if the Netflix folks even watch the movies!!

The first 80 minutes of this are as mundane as watching grass grow. And then it gets interesting. But life does not refund you the 80 minutes.
