Started out good but that's it

I thought it started out good and I was interested but it definitely went downhill fast. The characters were bland and I couldn't feel anything for either parent. I kept feeling like the film was about to get better but it never did. A forgettable film with a silly ending. A movie to maybe check out free on cable if you're bored. Definitely not a movie to pay to see.
