Michael has a "teeny tiny" what?

Shower scene. Michael naked except for a towel around his waist.
Admits to his ex girlfriend that he has a "teeny, tiny, little ...", then falls to the floor. We never do find out what he was going to say.

So what about him is teeny tiny?
I'm going to go ahead and guess that he has teeny, tiny, little gay side. :)

Any other ideas?
