If you look at the trailer, it just looks like another Rounders. Great cast, great performances but no substance. That is what this film will, more than likely, be.

Does anyone else agree or is it just me?

Dont watch the *beep* movie then. Dont you idiots have anything better to do..Affleck reminds me of his role in boiler room. And I've liked all the movies Justin timberlake was in asides from in time. That was just a bad movie in general though. More room in the theater for me I guess. I don't have to listen to all the small minded children and dumb asses in this thread trying to ruin it for me. If you don't want to watch it then dont watch it. Get off comment board and watch something like Barney or whatever you idiots are into today. Movie will be good just wait and see ;) but if you want to make a stupid idiotic comment about some be negative. We don't have time for this bs. Get a life you bunch of losers and maybe start talking more positive about things.

boiler room was the reason why i wanted to see this movie .. it was a big mistake
it was not borning but all the time i waited for the movie to become "thrilling"

tbh the trailer is one of the best i have seen in a long time for a movie so i have no reason to believe other than its gonna be a fun watch!!

No it's not just you. I just got done watching "Runner Runner" and it was one of the least tension filled films I've ever seen. It sucks because it's one of those movies that could have been cool and exciting, like "Casino" was. But it's like the movie was made on autopilot or something, like everyone was on a sleeping pill through out it.

Judge a film on the trailer, really?

I never see trailers. I hardly know anything about any film I watch. Every now and then a real gem. More often mediocre drivel. Usually IMDb rating is about half - full point under my rating. Everybody wants to be a critic and look real smart, but most people rate a film based on who's in/ on it, not how they did there jobs.
