Movie versus book

I wish the movie would have followed the book instead of the jumping back and forth in time. Really I only checked out the movie to see Stephen Ammel ended up checking out the book because the movie was so awkwardly presented. I've read 4 of them so far and they are really good. I would recommend checking them out if you liked the movie at all. You get to read all about Elizabeth and Wynn and their experiences in the Northwest.
