Diff between red guys with horns and regular tormented souls (SOLVED)

I'm trying to figure out why there are guys who are red with horns and then normal looking people(like Eddie). I just wonder if they have been somehow promoted to work for Satan as opposed to just being tormented.

Okay I figured it out. I don't think the previous two seasons mentioned the hierarchy, or I missed it, but the guys with horns are demons who work directly for Satan, the ones without horns regular tortured souls. It also seems to be some sort of promotion, because I've seen Satan threaten to demote Demons to tortured souls.
