Nothing happens in this film....(Spoilers)

Do we agree?

The conflict in the film is that the female protagonist is overburdened with her responsibilities in both her personal and professional lives. Her company's financial backers want her to bring on a more experienced CEO to run the business. She must interview people and decide on a new CEO. Internally, she struggles with her own emotions about this turn of events. She is disconnected from her husband who is revealed to be having an affair. If things were to continue down this road, their marriage would eventually end or become a shell.

So, what happens?

No new CEO is chosen.
Her husband makes an 11th hour apology after being discovered.

Basically nothing has changed from the beginning to the end of the film aside from the fact that the affair was discovered, the husband apologized and was forgiven and then probably will wind up cheating again years later.

I agree. Ben basically said to her that the reason the company is successful is that she is micromanaging everything.. Yeah good luck with that, 220 employees and growing. There is nothing in this movie that makes me think he will not cheat again, all clues are that he will probably.

Oh.. and another thing.. the reason he cheats on her is because he want's to feel more manly? LOL, that's the stupidest thing I've heard, and doesn't fit with the movie or his character at all..

Comedies do not need a significant plot or character development, do they? They just need to be fun along the way. I enjoyed the movie. It was fun watching Ben charm everyone and hold back his knowledge. I was afraid he was going to be the know-it-all throwback. I enjoyed the ride. I have enough drama in my life right now. The last thing I need is tension or suspence in a movie. Different strokes.
