Horrible acting by the main character

I watched this movie because I like MMA. I was not expecting a great story or anything and was completely ready to forgive some cheesy dialogue or a weak plot because I wanted to see what they were able to do with the MMA scenes.

That being said, the main character's acting was so bad that I couldn't focus on anything else. It's seriously like taking a random person off the street and telling him to do his best. He just seemed so out of place being on screen.
