Is Kundan's glorification in the end justified?[Spoiler]

I think the film maker gone a little overboard in the end. I don't think Kundan is even remotely justified to go to the rally. It is safe to assume that he was not the only person to be killed or permanently disabled in the sabotage. He knew or should have known the consequences, if he was such a street smart. He had sufficient time to think through.

Normally I would have not nitpicked this far for an average romantic masala flick. But the film was superbly good up until the film maker decided that the protagonist can not be fooled in any way. The ending kind of ruined it for me. Could have left him simply betrayed by his love. Or maybe something better(targeted assassination probably).

Agree. I didn't like the ending too. Seems forced than natural

I kind of hoped that Zoya would've felt the guilt for the rest of her life.... but no. As always, Kundan got the upper hand!
