I need some help

I saw the longer version of this docu. At the part in which Bettina Göring organize the party she says to the somebody in the phone that "No. I buy some".
My question is what some? Maybe it's something in the other person's green house? Some vegetable?
She went to some shop after this speaking and bought vegetables but sorry I don't understand that sentence: "What... Do you guys still have any...?"

Thanks for helping.

I believe she asked (around 51:05) if Skye still had the herb "fresh cilantro" (its leaves are sometimes called coriander leaves) in his greenhouse. Since he didn't, she said she would buy some.

Wow, yes, I guess you are right :-)
Well, later (in the party) she lists the foods and says like "and Gerhardt mit Spez". We thought about it. Mit spez. Is this some mixed language or such? Mit (german "with") and Spez (=Spezialität)? I thought I will not rest until finding out what is this. I tried to write it to the searcher and I found this: Spätzle. In English it's egg noodle (flour and egg and salt, you can see it on wikipedia. In Hungary this noodle is a popular kind of food too - often instead of some pasta. Well... this is the consequence of the joint history of Germany and Austria and Hungary :-D ).
So this is really mixed language but in other way :-)

Thank you again, it's kind of you.
