Being a Berserk fan is such a double-edged blade.

A very fitting analogy, but the company behind the films have stated that they plan to make another set of films. There just might be some time in between then. The first three came out relatively fast.

I am well-versed in waiting at this point. I have no qualms with that, as long as they stop with the terrible CGI.

Do they not realize that the CGI competes with the lack of character development (besides Guts and Griffith) for the greatest flaw of the trilogy? It truly boggles the mind.

If you go through the credits of the third film at the end you see Guts putting on his new arm and getting the Dragonslayer and walking off as the Black Swordsman. It also says in english this was just the begining...

Tell me about it... I have been a fan of Berserk since 2000, so waiting is something i'm quite experienced with when it comes to Berserk.

Yeah here's hoping they make more! To quote from another dark fantasy series "And now our watch begins." if they do make more I hope they don't skip The Black Swordsman arc.
